The washer/dryer in each suite is a nice touch and if you enjoy golf, ask the front desk for package offers.

We stayed at Roxanne Towers through a **** rental. The building lobby is shabby and dated. The one person who checked us in was very nice. Outside of that, it was downhill. We rented through a private owner, and all I will say is that it's extremely dated. I had my service dog with me. Starting the first morning, the *** manager started harassing my husband about the dog. I was in the room with a broken leg after falling several weeks prior. Roxanne towers was clean, and really accommodated our issues. A baby had an issue at the pool and they were right on it. 2 small complaints..there were no bathroom facilities near the pool; you had to go to your room, so I wondered how many went to that trouble, like children in the pool! Also, our room needed updating, although clean. Would not keep us away, however. But that's why the 4 rating. I noticed some room were updated according to the pictures.

Phone lines in the room are all dead and the door sticks so you have to hip check it to open it
All the pools were closed during the whole stay. Also the maid refused to clean anything in our room because there were some clothes on the floor
