We have been looking for the impossible for a long time, and Roxanne found it for us! Roxanne: * Knows the market. Our Zillow price observations for a year agreed with her recommendations. * Knows the mortgage and insurance procedure and how to squeeze a few dollars in your favor. * Is very open with you. * Will not work for the lender and buyer at the same time, for example. * Was so nice to give us a gift home warranty, which we needed to fix a leak in the dishwasher.
