I was provided incorrect information by their customer service before purchase regarding an extender chain, which led me to purchase a product that turned out to be unusable. I was not refunded the significantly high international shipping costs, nor was I provided with a return shipping label. The experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

I ordered a necklace, but when my package arrived, it was a bracelet with a broken clasp. It was delivered December 27, 2025. I immediately started reaching out to the company to exchange for what I ordered. No one contacted me, I filed a dispute with my cc company and they said I was responsible. This is wrong and a horrible business model. Someone needs to reach out to me to take care of this matter.

I purchased two necklaces for my birthday. Upon receiving them, the white heart that I had purchased was loosely in the box the shipping box with a clasp open. First, I might add they wrapped a pouch in tissue paper that looks like a child could do that. Nothing is secure. I ordered two necklaces. One was the shorter cord necklace With a length of 18 inches. When I received the necklace, the length wasn't even 16 inches. I received a black puffy heart on a long chain as a gift, but the lobster clasp is defective – the spring is broken –. Because of this, I am afraid to wear the necklace at all, as it would be very easy to lose. I have emailed the company four separate times regarding this issue and have not received a single response. I have never experienced such poor Customer Service. I would not recommend purchasing jewelry from this company. The product is adequate and the company does not stand behind what they sell.
