I purchased my second bracelet from Roxanne assoulin after loving the first . On their website it stated the super size happy cord was 7” . The one I received was 8 1/2 . Way too large . I returned it immediately . They will not replace it or refund me , saying that it is inspected before leaving the shop and that I must have stretched it . Which is not true . Roxanne Assoulin online is impossible to get a response from. I bought two necklaces from them as a birthday gift and they never arrived. Sent them an email with my order number and confirmation email TWICE and no one in their customer service has responded. Now what can I do?
I waited a few days after my experience to let it sink in before posting this, but want to share a buyer beware. I have a puffy heart necklace that began tarnishing quite severely after about two months, so much so that it is unwearable (never showered, swam, etc. in it). It finally dawned on me that I could make an appointment and visit their showroom in NYC to perhaps resolve the issue (replaced, dipped) as I had ordered it online. Excellent service! I ordered from abroad and the team was very responsive and helpful. My boyfriend picked up the jewel in New York with no problem — everything was perfectly ready. Highly recommend!
