I have many items which I love but the customer service is terrible. I emailed them three times because my large gold puffy heart came off the chain and I need a new round connector link. They never responded to the first inquiry, the second they did respond that my request would be elevated, and then nothing, and then I emailed again today. But meanwhile, i haven’t been able to wear it for almost two months waiting for them! I sent my receipt and everything!

Had an incredible and unique shopping experience at Roxanne Assoulin. Not only is it a showroom but it’s also the headquarters of the company so you get to see behind the scenes. We had a 1:1 shopping experience with the amazing Nike (spelling?) who walked me through all the pieces I was interested in and also previewed soon to be released items. Professional, but unwelcoming. Appointment is, apparently, REQUIRED. Although the staff were kind and professional, I was told to leave and make an appointment online. Please note that there were 2 staff members in the space, assisting only me. I was the only potential customer in the boutique, however, I was asked to leave and make an appointment to return on the next business day.

I bought a necklace as a gift and have tried unsuccessfully to contact customer service to exchange it. It’s been over a week and no one has helped me to resolve my issue.
