I ordered a necklace, but when my package arrived, it was a bracelet with a broken clasp. It was delivered December 27, 2025. I immediately started reaching out to the company to exchange for what I ordered. No one contacted me, I filed a dispute with my cc company and they said I was responsible. This is wrong and a horrible business model. Someone needs to reach out to me to take care of this matter.
I purchased two necklaces for my birthday. Upon receiving them, the white heart that I had purchased was loosely in the box the shipping box with a clasp open. First, I might add they wrapped a pouch in tissue paper that looks like a child could do that. Nothing is secure. I ordered two necklaces. I received a black puffy heart on a long chain as a gift, but the lobster clasp is defective – the spring is broken –. Because of this, I am afraid to wear the necklace at all, as it would be very easy to lose. I have emailed the company four separate times regarding this issue and have not received a single response. I have never experienced such poor Customer Service. I would not recommend purchasing jewelry from this company. The product is adequate and the company does not stand behind what they sell.
I ordered two bracelets and a necklace. Took forever and the colors of the mini hearts ordered were not the same as the ones shown. Very disappointed because they were gifts and they are cute but muted heart colors.
I placed an order on Black Friday for a Christmas gift that has still not arrived. I received an email that it shipped on December 6 but the USPS website says they are still awaiting the item. The RA website was advertising yesterday that if you placed an order it would still arrive before Christmas… I’ve emailed several times and reached out through the website to no response. Extremely disappointing
