I almost never get a hair cut when I am on vacation, but really needed one, and picking Roxanna's was a stroke of luck. I got a super cut at a very reasonable price. I will be back.

Called THE DAY BEFORE my appointment to ask if they specialize in doing 4c (curly hair) and the owner told me the stylist jessica said she could . I stated the day before my appointment my hair curls up when it is wet and it is also thick. Also stated that i was new on the island and i washed my own hair and instead of it curling up, my hair tangled. The owner stated it would be NO PROBLEM.
