We had such high hopes for this surgeon, Dr Roxana Rivera. She came highly recommended by an opthalmologist in the same office. We have been trying to get my daughter help for a blocked tear duct that turned into an abscess. She was rude from the moment she walked in, did not introduce herself, did not listen to the answers we provided that she asked.
