Dr. Rivera lifted my brow and removed excess skin from my eyelids. It was painless (but bruised for a week or so). However, the improvement in my eyesight was amazing. As a nice addidional outcome.....i look awake! It really helped with my "sleepy" appearance. Dr. Rivera was very good. My eyelids began to droop last summer. I decided that, if they got any worse, I would be unable to see to drive properly. We had such high hopes for this surgeon, Dr Roxana Rivera. She came highly recommended by an opthalmologist in the same office. We have been trying to get my daughter help for a blocked tear duct that turned into an abscess. She was rude from the moment she walked in, did not introduce herself, did not listen to the answers we provided that she asked.
