My son is a Ortho patient at the Forest Hill location. Since July I have been trying to get the monthly payments adjusted due to our insurance. No one ever seems to know what they are doing. No one calls back when promised and I just waited an hour and a half in the office and still no answer. They claim they are waiting on “corporate” each time. I go into Rodeo Dental to get seen because I was having tooth pain. The doctor tells me you need a root canal and crown on that tooth and the one next to it (left). They give me a quote and send me to another rodeo dental near by that had time to do the root canal. I get there they tell me the quote they gave me was incorrect and they would do the first part of the procedure but the rest I had to go to the rodeo dental that gave me that quote.
