After a friend's recommendation, I went to Rox to have some jewelry redesigned and they did a FANTASTIC job with everything! Jennifer is incredibly talented and creative and I now have beautiful new pieces that I will wear for the rest of my life. Their in-store inventory is also beautiful with many options to suit different tastes. Highly, highly recommend!!!
I had an oversized King Baby bracelet that even the brand couldn’t resize. Jennifer at Rox Jewelers not only removed the extra link, but also adjusted the design so the bracelet stayed perfectly symmetrical. The result looks flawless, fits exactly right, and the turnaround was incredibly fast. Jennifer’s care and attention made the whole experience even better. Hannah was wonderful to work with too.
