Went into Rox today to get an item repaired and had the BEST customer service! They were able to help me out and went above and beyond! They did a beautiful job and I couldn't be more happy!
I was told one of my watches would take 2 weeks to replace the battery??! I knew that was crazy because I had it changed many times in a day. I played along with her; then went to another place further up near toco hills and he changed it in 5 minutes. Also the lady wasn’t exactly that great; really just her body language made me feel a little uncomfortable. I was disappointed because I heard good things about this place. I’ll give the rest of my jewelry repair to the other shop now. Shame.
I took my husband’s wedding band here for resizing. The master jewelers here didn't blink an eye. They thoroughly explained the process, gave me a very fair quote, and completed the work faster than expected. The ring looks absolutely beautiful and as good as new—you can't even tell it was altered. They are honest, trustworthy, and true experts at their craft. It was hard to walk out of the store without purchasing something from their beautiful cases. I’ll be back for a future purchase.
The ladies here are very attentive and the results are great. They put batteries in my two watches and cleaned them so well that my husband thought they were new! The shop and merchandise are quite beautiful and I would certainly recommend them for purchase of quality pieces. M’Ellen Gordon
The jewelry store has an awesome selection without being too crowded. The employees left me alone to look around and helped me whenever I needed anything. I found the best gift for my wife’s anniversary.
