Hannah did an incredible job designing a custom engagement ring for my fiancee. She patiently addressed every question, and incorporated every bit of feedback I had in the design phase. The process was fast and easy, and we could not be happier with the final result. Rox was also able to size down another ring that other jewelers in the area told me was impossible. The work is flawless, and gave new life to a family heirloom. I cannot recommend Rox enough.

Stopped by as I visit Joe May Cleaners (who I love) next door. Had hoped for a positive initial experience as they had a few things of interest. Wanted a clasp on a gold chain replaced. The individual initially looked at it and shared the cost then offered up a better clasp for $120. Felt this was pretty high but when she said to replace the clasp would take 2-3 weeks I shared I’d take my business elsewhere. Rod jewelry is a wonderful store with amazing prices along with unique products. The customer service is excellent.
This place has been so kind and helpful to us. One chain with a tiny tight knot we worked on for HOURS and she got it out in 2 minutes. Fixed the broken chain on another favorite necklace in record time. So glad they're in the neighborhood - will keep using them!
