I enjoy shopping here but genuinely feel like this was an unfair transaction as promises weren’t fulfilled.
The jewelry is Beautiful and unique! The staff is great!! Everyone is knowledgeable, attentive and fun. I felt like I was the only in the store. I left with a ring I love!
I am thrilled to have found Rox. So artistic and brilliant. My daughter’s something old is my mother’s diamond from her engagement ring, a beautiful, but small emerald cut. I’m so pleased with the result. Hannah created a stunning necklace, highlighting my mother’s diamond and creating a necklace I think my daughter will enjoy for her life.
I took a sentimental piece of jewelry to Rox for a simple repair. They did me a very special favor and repaired it more quickly than I could have expected, and to accommodate an upcoming trip. I cannot say enough nice things about them!
They do an amazing job with repairs and thoughtful improvements!
