I am so grateful for the kindness of everyone this morning who took care of our overseas visitor. It is not often that circumstances arise that you need everything to stop in order for you to become a priority, however this is what happened today. Dr Catherine Macindoe is lovely.. in my job as a carer, ive accompanied people to many General Practitioners over the years, & Dr Macindoe is really compassionate, understanding & very knowledgeable.. I'd recommend her to anybody.. the same goes with Dr Darrer & Dr Gan..
Since about six months ago, I started seeing doctors at Rowville Health for my health issues. I had been very impressed and grateful for the friendly reception team and the doctors I had seen, until today (Monday, 13th Oct). I had an appointment with a Doctor and went to the reception to register. ( Approx 1.50 p.m.). There were two Caucasian ladies ahead of me, so I waited behind them. I had a very good experience from the front desk ladies to the doctors they all were very professional, helpful, welcoming make the patients feel comfortable highly recommended
After a bad experience with my previous doctor I have seen my whole life at a different clinic, I decided to change clinics to Rowville Health and it was the best decision I've made. I saw Dr Cassie Zhou and she was kind, sympathetic and caring. She truly listened to me during my visit and i felt genuinely understood. Her compassion and attention made a huge difference in my experience. The reception staff were also lovely. Could not recommend Rowville Health enough!
