Julia and Antoinette are so efficient and charming as receptionists. I deal with Dr Andrew Gan and nothing seems to faze him. A very thorough doctor. PS the computer systems can be iffy at times but everyone manages😀
Booked and attended a standard consult on 5/09/2026 with Tony Long. I have been to this clinic before and I am not a new patient. I had one issue to discuss with him, which I did, and he resolved my issue quickly. He then suggested that I get a blood analysis and bowel screening as well. He also suggested a 45-50 year old health check and then asked me about other medical conditions i have. Their IT system was having a 'glitch', so he couldn't see all my details. Recently visited DR Tony Long and discovered he changed the consultant room. It was a very nice room with good looking views over side which made me feel like I am much better not like others room all isolated cannot see outside view. Hopefully Dr Tony Long can stay in that room 19 permanently. A very good dr long very careful, very warm, listening to patient needs, very helpful makes me less nervous and stressed about my sick. Well done Dr Long. Hopefully can do more bulk billing to patients if needed by patient situation.
