Came in with a prescription from my usual optometrist and was treated very poorly by some large masculine lady/person with a South African or NZ accent. Tried to sell me the most expensive glasses and wouldn’t listen to me. My wife and I ended up leaving because he/she/they was so rude and didn’t know what he/she/they was talking about. Poor service. Recently, I came to see Dr. Chen because I had been having trouble with two different pairs of glasses from two other optometrists at different eye places. Despite multiple adjustments elsewhere, my vision remained uncomfortable and unclear. Dr. Chen took plenty of time to carefully examine my eyes, explain everything clearly and identify the exact problem that had been missed before.
