A few months ago, I suddenly experienced severe eye irritation, pain, and constant tearing. Came in with a prescription from my usual optometrist and was treated very poorly by some large masculine lady/person with a South African or NZ accent. Tried to sell me the most expensive glasses and wouldn’t listen to me. My wife and I ended up leaving because he/she/they was so rude and didn’t know what he/she/they was talking about. Poor service. Recently, I came to see Dr. Chen because I had been having trouble with two different pairs of glasses from two other optometrists at different eye places. Despite multiple adjustments elsewhere, my vision remained uncomfortable and unclear.
