I I wish I can give 0 star. I have delivered here few times, never had any issue.. But today when i checked in here , the lady, who works in office here , asking gor appointment for 2 pallets and was very rude. Doesn't know how to talk to people. Lot of time waste. For two pallets they need appointment, what a stupid attitude of the lady. They value their time but don't value drivers time.
Get all my oil and trans fluid from them
If I could give you a negative star I would! Your drivers are absolutely horrible! I feel so bad for this whole family who was just waiting at the bus stop to get to their destination and just got flooded with a whole bunch of water because one of your drivers decided to drive in the bus lane for no reason and splashed everybody at the bus stop! That was absolutely uncalled for. Get better drivers. I would never buy from a place I would treat people like this.
Came into the Southgate location looking for a certain type of oil that could be used in a hydraulic pump. The staff here went above and beyond to find what I needed and made sure if was a good fit for the pump I am using. A lot of items are available not realizing the amount of things they have. Or can get if a transfer is needed. And pretty quickly as well.
Edit: In response to the business, it has nothing to do with the inconvenience. It has to do with the reckless and unsafe driving. Your driver didn't even what for traffic to clear or a larger opening, rather simply cut across into oncoming traffic abruptly. Your hand wave reply denying responsibility for this is not acceptable. Your tanker driver is absolutely horrible. In the Richmond area he decided to not wait for oncoming traffic to clear but to aggressively dart into the opposite lane forcing four of us to have to slam... read more
