I called them to get a quote on a transmission pan gasket they told me 100 to $150 and made an appointment for 1 o'clock when I get there they have me waiting for an hour and put my truck up on the rack and then told me the price is going to be $237 now that they misquoted me and my price on the phone I told them take it off the rack what do you think I'm made of money and thanks for wasting an hour of my time I drove down the road to M&R Auto they're doing the job for $109 thanks for trying to rip me off Rally's Tire and Au... read more

We apologize for the miscommunication. The service writer looked up book time for labor, the transmission pan gasket, and transmission fluid. Obviously, the book time must have been off in order for the job to be completed for $109. We hope to have an opportunity to earn your business again.
Long history with this company. Great guys that will provide the best advice and service. I don't get my tires anywhere else.
