Came here looking for a good mechanic on a recommendation and found out the owners changed or something. The place that recommended this shop said they don't charge for diagnostics, especially since the only issue was my hood release cable detached. It seems the new people have a different business model because I was rudely told that the $169 diagnostic was required no matter what. $169 to do what exactly? Go, yep, the cable detached?
I haven't even had my vehicle a year, under 60 thousand miles. Something was off to me so i pulled into rowleys performance. They checked it out and sure enough, there was a problem. A few days later I had it towed to Rowleys performance and they did their magic. Plus they saved me some $$$. I'll definitely be using them in the future. Thanks to you all!!!
These people are great. Towed my car to them and it ended up being a simple fix. And didn't charge me a dime. So I left enough for coffee and donuts for Monday 😀 and super friendly all the way around. Highly highly recommend!!
Called for pricing on a transmission flush and the front desk lady decided to deny me on information of pricing in which would have rather argued that I need diagnosed before a transmission flush price.
