INSANELY impressed and happy with the customer service I have gotten from RW. Just picked up a used Raptor triple axle and they have gone above & beyond service on a used toy hauler. I am a customer for life and will suggest all my friends to go only to them for the way they have treated me after hours and with silly questions / quirks and even replacements parts. Just picked my trailer this afternoon from repairs get home and find out the awning is coming off. We haven’t even used it since owning it. They have had the trailer since October 17th and after three weeks they hadn’t even touched until my wife call and asked about it.

My wife and I have been in our 08 Stellar Eclipse for a few yew now while starting our UTV business in Glamis. Our AC units have finally given out yesterday from the overly abundant heat that AZ has to offer. I called RW yesterday morning to find out my options and within hours had a Quote, install time and two new units on our trailer that work great. Where do I begin with Rowley White In Phoenix....we can start with our salesman Joe Coleman. Joe had an answer to every question my wife and I had. If he didn’t have the answer he found out and got back to us. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful. Joe and Rowley White went out of their way to save us money, and drove 45 minutes to our house AFTER selling us our 5th wheel because we had the wrong ladder.
