I purchased my RV back in June. The paperwork was fubbed, but they didn't tell me, they just ignored the problem. Now I need help getting plates. The DMV says it's World Wide RV fault. World Wide RV conveniently says it's my fault. I had a horrible experience from start to finish with them. The salesman Guy was not honest about the unit. Poor quality, poor service, poor everything. My 10 amp fuse box caught FIRE, they replaced it again, caught FIRE AGAIN! now they wont fix it because it's out of warranty. My heater has never worked. They honestly took something that was so joyful and ruined it. My family is so frustrated and I hope nobody else makes the same mistake by buying a Jayco from World Wide RV.
