Friendly folks. Easy process. Good location.
Long time Rowley customer here and I have nothing but good things to say about all of the Rowley management and staff. They are always friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them.
I vacated my storage unit on a Friday. Turned in 1 key instead of 2 that were issued and was charged $10 for not turning in the second key. On the next business day (Monday) I found the key and tried to return it and get my $10 back. Their response was "our policy is we keep the fee". That is totally unacceptable. The key was worth $10. I am returning the key... return the fee. Their response is "no, we just want to keep your money.
