They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes
I would never recommend them to anyone. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. Called to get an appointment because of a suspicious mole and the earliest they could get me in was six weeks. I made an appt with a Dermotologist in Houston for the next week, which I have now seen. Had a biopsy done and it is melonoma and am having surgery next week. When I called to cancel the appt made for 6 weeks off and told them why I was canceling they seemed cold and just said "OK we will cancel it".
