Terrible Customer Sevice within the service department specifically. Whoever the female is that works in the department needs to be taught how to talk to customers and that their tone matters. If I owned the company I wouldn't be keeping this individual employed and or would give them a job that involves little to no interaction with customers. RecommendedHave always had fantastic service and today was exceptional- had run out of fuel last night and they called me back first thing and were here within 1.5 hours. And especially given our yard wasn’t plowed or easy to access. Super impressed- so thank you!!!
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The folks here are rude and completely unaccommodating.
Their technicians have no idea what they are doing...took them multiple times and 1000s later to fix Thier furnace totally do not recommend them...
Grossly over estimates cost of a delivery to put extra money in their pockets when you pay cash for fuel. Very poor business practices. Sure you get "credit" for what you over pay, but who can afford to do that in the first place.
I switched to Rowley for my propane needs after a horrible experience with Suburban Propane. They have never let me down, more importantly never let me run dry. In addition, their service ethic is commendable. My Buderus boiler has been struggling and they have gone so far as to get a company rep to my house to diagnose and help treat the problem. I am pleased to be doing business with them.
