Rowley Electric performed the requested services in a timely manner, we had a couple of issues after the service was completed but they were more than happy to send someone out and make it right.
Hired Rowley Electric to do some electrical upgrades in my home. Quote was quite reasonable and work was completed on time and in a professional manner. Workers were friendly and obviously well trained in their trade. Thanks for the help. Would hire again if ever needed.
We called Rowley to get a quote on an electrical repair. They did no work and looked at what needed to be done and charged us $240 for a quote. I've never ever had someone charge for a quote before. Very disheartening and such poor business ethic.
They may be good at electrical work and a basic genny service but...I experienced repeated issues with a wonky generac starter that they could not seem to deal with in time before it finally failed, on a weekend. I called immediately, expecting a callback Monday at latest, but it wasn't til the end of a 3 week span that the issue was finally solved.
