This florist is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful! I had ordered the peach compassion standing spray for my grandmother’s funeral. what I ordered was not what I received as you can see in the pictures. Also, I had put the delivery instructions to be sent on July 15th, the day of her private family viewing to the funeral home. When I arrived I did not see my arrangement. I ordered a casket spray and University Texas easel spray for my father’s funeral. Rowlett Florist did not disappoint! The flowers arrived on time and they were everything I hoped and more!! Both sprays were large, very full, the flowers were stunning- we received so many compliments on them. Thank you so much! Ordered flowers long distance from Florida for my cousin in Texas not knowing what she would end up getting and was sooooo pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful arrangement she received. Will absolutely order from Rowlett Florist and Gifts next time I need to send flowers. They did a fantastic job and best of all, my cousin thought they were amazing!
They did a beautiful job on my son's prom date's corsage! They were very nice as well!
