Terrible customer service, first told me it would take twenty minutes to a state inspection and thr shop was dead. But I could see the employees just hanging out and playing around in the shop. The state inspector doesnt understand the inspection criteria for 1997 F250HD with obd 1. Ford wasnt required on HD models to install obd 2 tell 1998. Went to Golden Rule and they took care of me and gained more business from me.

When you go to the tire place and they say they can't service your tire then you drive through 10 mins later and see them changing a tire. This dude just got caught straight lying. Then cursed me out as I was taking a picture.
