Very poor/rude bedside manner!! Sent me to a specialist in Norman for no reason at all (claiming I had a black hole or tumor). That dentist pulled my tooth in 2 seconds or less because of the wait for an appointment, it had become very, very loose!!
The woman at the desk is very rude and whenever I made an appointment and I was asked if I wanted an afternoon or morning, I said afternoon and I got a morning and now it’s a problem
I have called about 15 times this morning and no one answers the phone. Apparently he doesn’t want any business. Very disappointed.
My sister had a appointment today at 1:00 o'clock. The appointment was made a month ago. We got at the dentist office and the receptionist informed her that she didn't have a appointment for today. And the dentist was not there.No call or text from them saying her appointment was rescheduled.so over an 1 hour drive there and 1 hour back home for nothing.
Never answer the phone and has terrible bedside manner. Refused to pull my teeth over the years and now they have to be surgically removed. Very crappy dentist. I will not be going back.
