Another great closing at Rowland Title. Their group handled a rush closing with great communication and precision. Excellent customer service again! The staff at Rowland is top notch. I had a post closing situation with my bank and Deca stayed involved to help me even though it was not their responsibility. Tori was also a joy to work with. From beginning to end this company understands customer service.
Seller wanted to use them! Are house had 3 plots,2 of the plots had old barns on,so we couldn't get financed FHA. We had to do a quick deed,to separate them! They didn't figure the sellers taxes owed! So the first year we received nothing on the taxes that wasn't paid,by the seller! Year 2 we pay are taxes,and then receive a 1300 tax bill,with fines,fees,and a Judgement. Are land was going to be sold! They wouldn't do anything to try to help fix there mistake!
