If I could give this company a negative for ratings it would be negative 10 across the board. The owner of this business is extremely rude and unprofessional. He has placed locks on my storage and I am not past due on my payment. He has taken money from one of my previous payments and stated that I didn't pay the full amount to get more money from me. I wouldn't recommend this storage to my worst enemy. When I asked when the locks can be removed which was today 5/3/12 he stated not until the following monday which is 4 days ... read more
