No one ever answers the phone. Lack of communication.
For a psych office, they are not very understanding,sympathetic, or compassionate of peoples struggles. Long wait to get in with them and then if you have to reschedule more than twice they kick you from their clientele. So make sure you have help and aren’t going through any personal issues before scheduling your appointments. They don’t care.
This is the single worst experience I’ve ever had with a specialist for my child. These people have no idea what they’re doing and have absolutely no regard for your time. For the sake of yourself or your children please go ANYWHERE else. Because of these people’s incompetence I now how to find another psychologist to get my child the help he needs. Save yourself the headache.
To say this place is amazing is an understatement. My son LOVES being here. Wait was a lot shorter than expected. They are very wonderful and happy people here. The atmosphere was awesome. We felt welcomed and cared for. Very professional as well. Everyone in this building was so nice to me and my son.
