My elderly mother (87 years old) lived in this apartment complex for about 9 years. When she moved in, the carpet was already old (hardly any padding left) and the fiber was mostly gone. She started asking the management to replace the carpet or remove it due to concerning safety issues (nails or what was left of the carpet stables were visibly dangerous), some areas were shredding. We have a qualified field supervisor that checks up and notifies all vendors and management of insurance expiration date before calling any contractor. All vender and contractor must provide us any and all updates on there general liability and workers comp before beginning work.
