Very nice Front Desk team - checked insurance information thoroughly to make sure there were no surprise charges. The hygienist, Octavia, had really great energy (for an 8am appointment) and made me feel comfortable. The dentist, Dr. Rowland, was friendly and explained x-rays in a way that was understandable. Overall it was a great experience for my first time there. I already recommended them to family members who were looking for a new dentist.
I had a great experience at Rowland Family Dentistry. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Dr. Rowland took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options. The office was clean and well organized, and the whole appointment went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a reliable dentist.
Dr. Rowland and his staff were exceptional as always. I had a temporary crown put in a few weeks back, and the permanent one today. Dr. Rowland did not rush with a quick swap out. He carefully made the necessary adjustments until it fit perfectly.
As usual Dr. Rowland and Lynn are always very friendly and professional. I never have any complaints. My only reason for a 4 star rating is the wait time. My appointment was at 3:40 , I arrived 10 minutes early but was not seen until around 4:15. I was beginning to get a little antsy as 2 people came in after me but both were seen before me. Dr. Preston Rowland has been my dentist for over 30 years. His office has always been operated smoothly and efficiently. The staff including his wife Lynn are always friendly and professional. I have sent several friends there and would recommend his dentistry practice to all who need quality care.
