We’ve now used Rowland Air (through Costco) to install new HVAC systems in two houses. Both experiences were top notch. In both instances Rowland was on time to every appointment, worked cleanly and efficiently, and followed up until each system was working perfectly. Today Ron and Geraldo worked in 100°+ temps (higher in the attic, no doubt), but remained professional throughout. Very happy with our experience.
Eric, Gerardo and Antonio came right on time today for install. Very polite, kind, and asked me if I had any questions before they started and after they finished. The Rowland Air team came through on short notice and saved my family a tremendous amount of money on our AC replacement. We used Rowland air about 10 years ago at our other house and to this day nobody has had to come fix anything. They left the place cleaner than they found it and that means a lot.
