Hands down the best roofing contractor in Denver. I have had the absolute best time working with the everyone from the owner to the contractor replacing the shingles. They are professional, honest, use the best material to protect the roof, and get the job done. I have referred them to several friends and family. I can't recommend Nick and Rowin Construction enough!
Nick is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and fantastic at communicating what to expect throughout the process. I have a rental home in CO which had hail damage from a storm. I live out of state where hail rarely occurs, so I was definitely out of my comfort zone. Nick is very knowledgeable about roofing and is able to put things into layman's terms and not talking above you. His professionalism is there and will be the only roofer that I work with in the future. He is not pushy and you can tell he clearly cares about his customers and going above and beyond.
