Our daughter was in ROWI’s PHP and IOP program. The staff is incredible. Naomi cared so much about our teen. Rachel is amazing. She was able to break through my initial distrust after previous experiences with family therapy, and she always made time for our daughter. Our child blossomed at ROWI Valencia and when our insurance wouldn’t help us out anymore with covering PHP they made every effort to be there as much as they could for our family. I and my wife had been working for more than 20 years in medical field up to now. We are basically hard to be pleased. We moved from different MDs/therapies for our teen mental issue due to our dissatisfaction. But Rowi Valencia exceeded our expectation. They did an excellent job to our daughter. One of many positive examples is , Rowi helped my daughter developed coping skills to adapt herself in a difficult mental struggle/situation. Thats very Huge! when i first was in the program it was really good and everyone was super respectful but as time went on it got worse and the people in charge weren’t doing much about it to help the clients feel safe i ultimately left feeling very unsafe and unwelcome and do not recommend for people struggling if they are sensitive because the staff won’t help at all
ROWI helped guide our son through a very rough patch in his life. I believe that at ROWI, he learned life skills that will serve him very well as he traverses the remainder of his teen years and beyond.
ROWI Valencia not only helped my son, but our family. ROWI accepted my son when other agencies wouldn’t. ROWI took a chance on my son and has helped him so much. In addition to his time in both PHP and then IOP, I as a parent gained so much in learning communication with my teen. I enjoyed the Parent Meetings as well, as it offered community.
