Rowena is one of those NYC gem that she’s been doing facial for years and can do extraction with her eyes closed. I trust her so much and I come in for her deep pore facial whenever I feel my pores are clogged. She’s the best and I only hope she stays in her business longer
Just finished the Hydrafacial with Rowena, and really have to say how disappointedI was with the service. She was extremely rude, antsy and rushed me out of the room. Didn't properly treat the entire face and did 20 minutes of minutes of red light while doing nothing plus the attitude- For 300$ I don't believe this is appropriate behavior to a customer. I have done many facials and medi- spa treatments before and haven't experienced this type of attitude towards a client.
