Dr. Pusateri has been my kid’s doctor for the past 12 years. The way she cares for my kids show in their faces when they see her they are always so happy to see her.

Rude from the moment she walked in the door. From taking gloves balloons away from my kids and throwing them in the garbage to telling me “your house really should be baby proofed by now, you have 2 kids.” Just because my daughter (who’s learning to walk) fell and I didn’t see it.

TLDR; rude, judgmental, dismissive, know-it-all. Terrible experience. She was my baby’s discharge doc as well as her first pediatric appt. 2 days after delivery because apparently you can only see the on call doctor. She was dismissive, didn’t listen, acted like she didn’t have time for us. The experience was the same at both interactions. She kicked out the nurse who was evaluating my condition because she didn’t want to wait. There was nothing wrong with my baby; this was just for the discharge evaluation. Dr. Pusateri was not treating us like another number in a chart. She listen to our concerns, examen and gave us information on what she will be doing for treatment and what we do at home. She wanted to see us again personally instead of scheduling follow up with another random doctor. I will be switching my sons PCP to her. She was amazing!!!
