O. M. G. Rowen is hands down my favorite store. Best employees, best clothes and best service. Seriously, if you're looking to spice up your style or get some majorly cute clothes, shop at rowen. They will not let you down!!
So the sign the window says all clothing under $100, the dress just purchased by my friend was over $100, when asked about the sign..the staff said..."yeah, that's a mistake" take down the sign, or give your customers the appropriate discount so you're not lying to our faces.
I am obsessed with this store!!! the clothes are perfect for all ages - I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!
