Everyone I worked with was great… especially Megan! The real problem was getting the part I needed which took several weeks & I was without a car for a total of three weeks. During that time I spent over $1,000 for rental cars with no support from VW of America regarding some reimbursement. I have owned VW’s for some time but I doubt I will own another.
Good intake process. Good service writer. Good mechanical diagnosis. Made my repair options clear. Unfortunately, the service writer asked if I wanted to add several extras to pad out the bill. To be fair, A) that is one of their functions, and B) these were things I might have needed if I hadn't maintained the car (but I had told the underwriter that it had just been in for service at my "home dealer").
