Everybody was courteous and very peofessional
Let's be real! Anything beyond your typical oil change especially at a dealership can be stressful. My visit was the exact opposite! Courteous employees from the moment I dropped off my vehicle to pick up. There was a discrepancy in pricing at drop off, from what I requested to be done online which had only estimates. I didn't plan challenge it as I understand estimates are not always accurate but there was an additional several hundred dollar difference for multiple requested services.
