I've lived here for 3 years and always paid rent on time. However I'm being evicted October 31 2022. Reason. My lease is up then. Under Georgia law they have the right to do that as long as it's a 60 day notice. Also I'm disabled and on dialysis. If location has 5 or more apartments landlord could not evict me without just cause because I'm disabled. That's right only 3 apartments in complex. Update to this post!! The secretary wanted to charge us $25 per key for the home to look at. Let's say you wanted to see 2 of the houses for rent that would be $50. Then as we looked at their rented homes it was very filthy. Honestly I would not deal or rent from this company if they don't take pride in renting their property

2nd review:This company is a joke. I have lived in one of their properties for 10 years and I stayed that long due to the land and my kids establishing friends. The entire time I’ve been living there.. their suppose to be administrative assistant Pam has had a problem with me since the beginning. She has treated me so bad the entire time I was there. I have been working with Rowe Realty Management team for over 5 yrs or more. Every since I purchased my property from one of their other long term clients I decided to continue to work with their management staff because they knew the tenant's as well as having the knowledge about my property inside & out.
