When looking for our first home, we knew we needed a friendly, local, knowledgeable realtor who knew the area well. Rowe Real Estate provided us with all of this and more. The owner Joan Rowe doesn't like to pay contractors she has hired. Had signed contract to do 4,000 dollars in repairs. When job was finished and satisfied with the work I completed I was refused the 1,700 that was owed. Wouldn't advise anyone work for this women. Now on top of not getting paid I have to file a lawsuit in hopes to recoup lost mlney. Very bad experience with this buisness owner.
