very helpful The people here were very friendly and helpful. A sales associate spent a long time with us when we were searching for a digital camera for residency. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and competetive with their prices for camera shops. They also sell tvs, video cameras, 35mm cameras, and lots of accessories.

Photographic This business has been around along time and it is evident from their high degree of photographic knowledge and impecable customer service. They know their stuff. The staff is very knowledgeable and this is the reason I would go back. They can deal with a relative novice like me and make them feel very comfortable.

Great sales and service Yes these people really know their stuff. Come here to at least look at digital cameras. Their prices may not be the lowest, but it is worth talking to them. They have matched prices for me in the past. And, yes they turn VHS tapes in DVDs and do a great job.

vhs to dvd I had Rowe turn some home movies on vhs into dvd's. The process was fast and quality was better on the dvd than on the vhs tapes. They have an assortment of camera accessories and I found a great deal on a camcorder bag on clearance. The staff is very knowledgable and can answer any photo questions!

Their website isn't great but if you know what you are looking for and email them they can tell you if they have the item or not and they will send it to either of their stores OR ship it right to your house! I was looking for an eyepiece for my Canon camera and they had the only one I could find anywhere! I emailed them, they held it for me and I picked it up the next day. They are a bit more expensive than the "chain" camera stores but the customer service is worth the added expense.
