Rockie from Rowe Legacy was responsive to us signing a lease with their property but failed to due their diligence knowing we were moving across state lines. Moving us into a unit that was inhabitable due to German Roaches and having no hot water or access to the property during the 3 days we spend there at Eagles Nest Apartments, 2600 Vail Ave SE #226.
