Maci and the team were fantastic. We needed a car quick and they made the whole process seamless. Plus, I was out of town for most of it and Maci made it easy to connect through text and email. I really appreciate their help and making this such a great experience.
Very pleased with my lease-sales experience with Seth Taylor after an introductory/initial lease-sales encounter and lease terms explanation with Jim Mathew’s followed by a test drive of an Ionic 5 2025 Limited. Mildly disappointed with the somewhat rushed explanation of the various digital “dash board” features of the Ionic 5 Limited vehicle by Jim Mathew’s which I had happily decided to lease, but I understood he had another customer/couple waiting. Overall very satisfied.
Maci has now sold us 3 vehicles for our family and does an exceptional job. From technical knowledge and understanding of rhe vehicle platforms to her congenial personality, she's a great person to work with for a process (buying a vehicle) that can often be tedious and exhausting. We'll be back likely in the Spring to upgrade my wife's car and look forward to working with Maci again.
We were looking for a Blue Hyundai Venue Limited and somehow Macie Leali located one for us out of state and offered a better price than we had been offered elsewhere. She was great to deal with and very helpful.
