Great transaction, the staff at the Hyundai service desk were friendly, attentive and very, responsive, They were extremely busy, However, that did not stop them from putting the customer first and doing a tremendous job. It Is what every business Iwouldv like to have in their front facing customer staff. The service was prompt, they mitigated our issue, and did a great job I highly recommend Rowe Ford in Auburn!
We had a wonderful experience with Rowe Hyundai in Auburn. Brian was excellent, not pushy at all, he took his time showing us the features and pulling cars out from behind for us to view and test drive. I would definitely recommend them.
Brought my car in for standard maintenance (tire rotation and oil change) on September 6. Got a flat the following day and went to get a new tire at another shop because it was a Saturday. The wheel lock key was never returned to my car after maintenance at Rowe the previous day so they had to hammer it off. I called Rowe about this multiple times and was blown off. I also sent an email which was not replied to.
I leased a vehicle and James was very patient and answered all my questions and listened to what my needs and concerns were. The finance portion was handled professionally and went above and beyond. I will undoubtedly go back the next time I am looking for a car.
