This has got to be one of the worst service departments I have ever been to. Glad I bought an 85,000 suv to have the shittiest service. Car wash is always broke, they charged me for my service when I have the maintainance package and then parked my car on the other side of the parking lot so I got to truck through a ton of snow and got my feet drenched.
Rowe Lincoln hit it out of the park. They made the sale as quick and painless as possible. Our salesman, Daniel was great to work with. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks Rowe!
