You fixed a lock on my garage door twice. It broke again today . The people you sent out were fantastic , Could not be nicer. Price reasonable,and I would use you again . Why it keeps breaking I have no idea. You will be getting a call to fix it again.

I wanted to repair a door on an old garage. Nothing fancy I wanted to DIY and just buy the parts I needed. Could not find what I wanted at the big boxes. Mostly they wanted to sell the whole door with track springs and everything. I had an old garage door with an automatic opener. The entire thing was so shot it would not go up and down without stopping many times. So annoying. I saw a billboard advertising.."do you need a new garage door?"...It was the Rowe company which I had heard of before and I know they have been installing garage doors for at least 40 years. So I called the number. They accommodated my work schedule and sent a representative to my home to establish the estimate. In about 2 weeks, I had my new door installed. I now watch this... read more
