I really don’t love giving bad reviews but I tried three times to rectify this directly with the business. I cannot recommend this business. My ring was sized incorrectly then resized at a very poor standard. I paid $300 for the ring resizing and the gold added is not the same thickness as the rest of the ring. The most disappointing part of this is Shane the owner trying to tell me their crappy work was just the style of my ring despite a very clear difference in the weight and thickness of the gold on the band. I understand jewellery repairs and ring sizing may be the smallest cost for the kind of work you do but my ring was sized incorrectly then resized at a poor standard. We've been using Shayne for a few years now. He's helped bring an idea to life with our custom engagement ring, then a matching wedding band. As well customized my wedding band. Can't speak highly enough of Shayne and Marika. Lovely people, fair prices, top notch knowledge and quality. Will be using them for any important jewelry work for life.
