Showed up earlier than appointment which was fantastic! Tech was polite and did a great job explaining the problem to me in terms I could understand. Updated to add that I ended up having to have my entire system replaced after Rowe techs tried several other solutions. They did their best to salvage my very old system, but it just wasn't feasible. The Rowe team installed a complete HVAC system for me at a very reasonable price point. They were courteous, timely and professional. I recommend them and would use them again.
It is rare, especially nowadays, to respect a company and their employees. I can assure you that Rowe will honor and respect you and your home. No one likes a stranger being all up in their home, let alone multiple strangers, yet I felt safe and well informed during the entire process. They were clean and efficient. They are pet friendly. They were such a breath of fresh air during our time of need. Highly recommend!!
