6 month maintenance on both heat pumps......a capacitor had to be replaced in one of the heat pumps......great service by Kyle!
A/C compressor blew up. Rowe A/C came quickly. Excellent customer service, prompt , courteous and reasonable
We called after hours and a friendly technician got us scheduled for first thing in the morning. They offered to come out that night but we wanted to avoid the after hours fee. They arrived bright and early the next day and were able to get our unit running again in the same visit.
They came quick, had to replace the compassitor and was up and running in less than an hour. The tech Matthew answered all my questions and was nice, friendly and gave exceptional customer service!
