RowCal has been nothing short of a nightmare. As a board member, I watched the quality of service collapse after they acquired Halo. When it was Halo, the service was excellent and communication was reliable. Since RowCal took over, everything has gone downhill. Calls and emails go unanswered, homeowners are left frustrated with no response, and our board is left in the dark. The turnover is out of control. I second Kathy's review of RowCal and 100% disagree with their response as (1) our water is NOT provided by the City of Murfreesboro Water Department. Consolidated Utility District services our area (and is unaffiliated with any local government which has been pointed out to RowCal previously) and (2) our community reached out to the engineering department at CUD who confirmed there was no reduction of water pressure in our area. My HOA was recently taken over from RowCal. It is really hard to get ahold of anyone to discuss errors and issues. When I did, I was told I would be sent two separate reports within 48 hours. A week later, I got one of the reports. Never saw the second one. Our community was also told due to the transition, fees would be waived for 90 days. They mishandled the transition and ended up notifying owners of previous fees four months later, saying they were from the previous company. Do Not use these people! They take your hard earned money and ignore you. I have left messages in their system, I have left voicemails, I have even gone into their local office and had employees leave messages for the local “manager” and NEVER heard a word back. Follow up, why give me an email address when you don't responded to that either, don't act like you care.

I live in a Goodall community that recently transitioned the HOA management to RowCal. Fees are $295 per month and the sprinklers in the entire (condo/cottage/village neighborhood, no single family homes) is dying because the company will not do anything about the sprinklers not working properly. I, and multiple other residents, have contacted RowCal multiple times without action in the past month.
