Buyer beware of this company. They are a rip off company. We on boarded with him September within 13 days we had three different property managers. The latest one was Peter Leon. He took it upon himself to run our board the way he wanted.. he was sending out Row Cal maintenance without board approval when asked to get prior board approval on all work orders he ignored our request and continue to send Row Cal maintenance out. Now 2 weeks since the snow mound is left in front of my driveway and it is not resolved. EverytimeI write to rowcal, I am told they are working on it. I do not see any work of any kind being done. 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!! Just more lies. Wheat Ridge, Co.
Got an e-mail this morning from Jennifer asking me if the snow had been removed from in front of me townhouse. Shouldn't Rowcal know if the job has been done. Of course not done. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still have a mound in front of Mt driveway. They still don't care. Just sent an e-mail to try a pacify me. This company is the worst. Don't hire them for your residence.
I have been waiting a week now for rowcal to remove the mountain of snow they have left in front of my townhome, to no avail. They have ignored my work orders and no response from them . They just do not care. Very bad company.
I had high hopes for this company when they acquired our previous management company, but sadly, things just went downhill for to start. We had 5 different managers over the course of a year, they we never responsive, ran a few of our vendors into the ground, refusing to work with our association again because of RowCal, and not to mention that they stole from our accounts before we cancelled our services.
