Would definitely NOT recommend. Had then do shoreline, dock and stone stairs into water. Shoddy workmanship on dock that required another company to fix and add supports that should have been there, they skimped and did not finish stone along shoreline to the property lines as contracted. Last straw was when massive stone stairs I paid a fortune for began to skew and shift within a few years of installation. Having no dock is better than working with Row Boat. We waited 4 months for them to show up, their employees were rude, and the workmanship was terrible. The posts were cut too short, and our dock floated off the posts when the lake level rose; the main bracket holding the dock to the post was installed upside down, and they used a rusty old screw in place of a codder pin to hold the cable for my lift in place. AND they took me to small claims court when I withheld 20% payment. Terrible experience! Their warranty is a joke -... read more

Rowboat dredged for 5 properties in my neighborhood and 5 properties across the cove from us. As they got to the last two weeks of their project, they picked up the pace. This resulted in 3' of sediment behind our property, which after discussion with them, they refused to cleanup. No integrity for this company and nothing enforced by agencies that could require they complete the project as permitted.
