We had Rowan Air install an air conditioner last year. Within the first few months it leaked 3 times! The first two times the tradesman who installed it returned and said the problem was the drain pipe and that it didn't have enough fall in order for water to flow away from the unit. He attempted to adjust the drain pipe to increase the fall, but stated it was still not great, He said if it happens again they will replace the whole pipe to create sufficient fall, not sure why they wouldn't just do it straight away. Rowan Air were able to fit us within a day, they were on time, polite and were able to fix our air con problem in a clean and neat manner. It was a relief to deal with a company that good old fashioned service still exists. Susan Johnson
