I have dealt with Rowanair for years. I'm a qualified Fridge Mechanic/Electrician that has done my own work but due to my advancing years have had to assign certain roof work etc to others. I tried to place a service call to Rowanair on a split system that I installed and because it was over 10 years old I was up against the most appalling negativity. RowanAir replaced an old Split System with a new Daikin system. The works were performed very well and the quoted price was very reasonable. Well done RowanAir.
Very bad service. Paid $193 for an 5' inspection.. they said that , a piece need to be change... I asked second opinion, and the remote needed to be reset ... rip off!
