Front staff is so disconnected , so bad for the drs reputation. No matter how good the dr is people are busy and don’t want to deal with this . Terrible shameful office
I have been seeing Dr Davidson for years. He’s a great doctor and diagnostician. Appointments are easy to get if you call when they are open. Both doctors are friendly and the staff treat you like family. You feel comfortable and like you belong at Rowantree Medical.
I've been a patient of Dr. Barczak's for nearly 6 years and genuinely valued her care - which makes my last two visits all the more disappointing. Visit 1: The phlebotomist refused to draw cancer markers my oncologist specifically requested, deciding on his own it wasn't necessary. That is not his call to make. Visit 2: I confirmed my 11:30 arrival the day before. I showed up to find the phlebotomist outside trying to turn me away - and when I walked in anyway, the two receptionists literally said "uh-oh" the moment they saw... read more
