I've been a patient of Dr. Barczak's for nearly 6 years and genuinely valued her care - which makes my last two visits all the more disappointing. Visit 1: The phlebotomist refused to draw cancer markers my oncologist specifically requested, deciding on his own it wasn't necessary. That is not his call to make. Visit 2: I confirmed my 11:30 arrival the day before. I have been seeing Dr. Bartczak for over 20 years. As a nurse myself, I have never seen any doctor so attentive and caring. She is extremely knowledgeable and I have witness for myself that her office goes above and beyond to give excellent care! They make prescription refills easy and Dr. Bartczak listens to my needs, and she is well rounded and helps me with my medical care year-round. I would not think of going anywhere else. Dr. Byron is a sweetheart as well. Thanks Dr. B for taking care of me for 2 centuries!!

This has the be the most incompetent doctors offices in the state of Florida. Tragically unqualified office staff, medical billing, phlebotomists, scheduling, all of it. Just find a different doctor. This place is hopeless.
