I have never written a negative review for a service, but our experience with Rowan Tree Services was extremely disappointing, particularly their lack of customer service and unwillingness to correct problems with the project. Joseph from Rowan Tree Care evaluated our seven mature Leland Cypress trees and recommended removing them because they were diseased and planted too closely together, restricting airflow. During a recent storm, we lost a beautiful black walnut and several other trees were damaged. Joseph came immediately and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The crew came the following week as scheduled and was able to get about half the job done. Then the weather chose to be obstinate and made the yard way too soft for them to work with heavy equipment. Highly recommend this company! Blown away by their uber professional quote with photos and price. Best quote style of any company that I've ever seen. They had truly fair pricing, full coverage insurance and the team of men were extremely professional and knowledgeable, all of them! True arborists.
