Maybe the worst property manager I have ever had and I have multiple properties around the country. This company will rip you off every chance it gets. Mr. Rowan lies and cheats relentlessly.
DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not take care of their tenants at all. They miscommunicate and blow off tenant problems left and right. They did not take care of my furnace in a timely manner, or when my bathroom ceiling was about to collapse, or when their IS a cockroach infestation IN the aparment complex and in my unit. They will most likely complete maintanence requests and/or cancel them and not tell you why. Most unprofessional and pathetic property management company in my life! Randi is pathetic and Kendra should be fired. They moved me into a place that was not even cleaned up and the previous owner was nasty with dogs.Then the classless so call property manager Randi took $250 of my deposit and charged me carpet cleaning as an attempt to piss me off even more KNOWING they paid for the carpet to be shampooed TWICE after I moved in then the carpet guy confirmed himself the carpet could not be saved and needed to be replaced. A great management company to rent from! Reasonable rates, great location, great maintenance! I recommend Rowan Property Management!
I have been in my place for about 4 months and every time I have had to call maintenence for any thing they have always responded immediately. I am happy to be renting from this company
